Their Mistake- Brainstorming Topic

Okay, as I'm sure you all have heard, August 11th, 2010, will be the starting date for when our groups need to start planning our serials. Soon, we'll have an actual story bible, but for now we'll brainstorm here for a general idea of what we're aiming for.

I also have an audition script written up for tryouts, but right now, it looks as though we only have a handful of people interested in this serial, so I'm honestly not sure how this whole thing will turn out. Hold your breath and hope, everyone!

Element Lord of Fire
Element Lord of Water
Element Lord of Jungle
Element Lord of Sand
Element Lord of Ice
Element Lord of Rock
Additional Voices




As for storylines. Anyone got any bright ideas? We won't be naming the Element Lords, so I don't want to begin with their creation... I was thinking about possibly doing something with their reflections on the Core War, ending with them being trapped when the planet split, but everything's really hazy right now. Also, do we want all of the Element Lords to be male? It seems to me that a majority of workers on this project are guys, so it looks kinda doubtful that we'll have many female actors in this group.

Hmmm... I'd be interested in a part as the E Lord of Ice.

Okay, this is great, guys. So far, it looks like it'll be first come first serve. if we don't get enough people, we may have to double up on parts, but I'm hoping that won't be the case. I'll get you the script as soon as I make some adjustments, and go over all my terrible spelling errors. XD

(Edit: the EL of Ice will have a rather small part in the audition script, if that's okay)

Okay, I'm in agreement. I was thinking we could make the EL of Jungle female, just to mix things up a bit. Feel free to tell me how much you disagree with any ideas of mine you think are terrible. XD But so far, I beleive I'm the only girl on this project, according to Jack. I dunno how creative we can get with female-acting characters, if that be the case.

Mmmph, scratch that. The EL of Jungle is a guy. Someone apologize to him for me. Sand and Ice are still undetermined, but Ice is gonna be a guy. Anyone want to voice Sand, or is that gonna be a female character?

That's fine with me. If we are approved, will we be doing our parts through a mic on our computer?

Okay, well scratch that. I was reading the BS01 Topic, and it pretty much refers to all of the EL's as male, except Sand, which I couldn't find.

I think of the E Lords should be sort of evil. One who is quiet and sort of cold. The E Lord of Ice might be good for this part.

Okay, well I just posted the Audition Script for yall. We can tweak things this way and that for the voice actors, so they can fit their roles better, if ya kno what I mean.

Yes, if you have one. Then, apparently, you'll send your recorded lines to me via an email address that I still need to set up, and I'll take it from there. Didn't Celepnus and Co. have a contact email through this site or something? Becasue I was thinking maybe I could use something like that. Any info on that, anyone?

I have a really good Mic, but I really don't talk that much nice to be in a Podcast. I think at least.

I'm thinking maybe we have how the Core War started, with Metus coming to the Element Lord of Ice and telling him about what would later be known as 'energized protodermis'. However, we can't call energized protodermis by its official name, because that name came later in the Bionicle timeline.

After that, we'll switch to the different Element Lords at different periods in time during the Core War, and then we get to the Shattering and how they were trapped.

My new laptop has an awesome microphone, so I should be able to voice act. Using Audacity I can play a few parts, and maybe a few various Agori on the side.

Haha, no wa! I have Audacity too. But I find AVS Audio Recorder simpler to use, actually. But I like the idea of having the different EL's during the different periods of the Core War.

For anyone who hasn't seen, the Audition Script is up, so practice away, and we'll hold auditions sometime in the near future, hopefully.

Okay, yeah. If I need help I'll talk to you. I have a busy first semester of highschool coming up, so you might possibly be writing a few episodes. Also, anyone who wants to help figure out a more solid storyline, please post away!

I can't audition, sorry, but I'll surely be able to help in writing, maybe we could have like, a few good ELs, who want to help stop the bad ones, but then we'd just have to explain how and why they turned evil too, maybe the other bad ones could persuade them to join.

Maybe we can even have a EL go into hiding, before the shattering.

Okay, all these are good ideas. Sadly, I think we have no choice but to have Metus as the one who tells the EL of Ice about the EP, unless we want to stray out of the cannon zone. Too bad about not being able to audition, but it's completely understandable. From what the BS01 Page says, the EL's got mad at the EL of Ice, because he wouldn't share the EP, and then it was pretty much clash of the titans, and their Glatorian/Agori armies. Planet goes kaboom, EL's are trapped, all on Bara Magna, I think. I don't want to take the serial any farther than that, becasue then we'd be interfering too much with the other, canon seials, like Riddle of the GB's and stuff.

The baterra came after the ELs. Remember, they were made by the GBs to help slow down the war destroying Spherus Magna, while the ELs caused the Core War
